The rules for using Mullees
Terms of Service
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of Mullees and govern your access to the service. Please read them carefully before creating an account, posting content, or arranging a round.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using Mullees, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Safety Center, Community Guidelines, and any feature-specific terms presented to you. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law. If you use Mullees for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Create only an account you are authorized to use. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for account activity, safeguarding credentials, and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, impersonate, or create accounts to evade a restriction. Mullees may require verification, limit duplicate accounts, or reclaim usernames, but does not promise to verify every member.
3. Profiles, matching, and community features
Profile details and preferences power discovery and qualitative compatibility labels. You are responsible for the information you provide and decisions you make. Labels, badges, counts, activity indicators, location verification, and recommendations are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
Respect privacy, consent, and intellectual-property rights when tagging people, uploading media, posting to communities, recommending editorial content, or submitting contributor applications.
4. Rounds and member interactions
Mullees helps members discover and coordinate golf activity. Members—not Mullees—create listings, host and join rounds, communicate changes, choose transportation, interact at courses, and handle any permitted payments.
Hosts must post materially accurate details and participants must make reasonable efforts to honor commitments. Course availability, pricing, conditions, policies, weather, cancellations, skill, conduct, compatibility, and attendance are not guaranteed. Any agreement between members or with a course is separate from Mullees.
5. Member conduct
- Follow applicable law, course rules, the Safety Center, Community Guidelines, and reasonable staff instructions.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate, exploit, sexually pressure, defraud, impersonate, dox, intimidate, or endanger anyone.
- Do not facilitate illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, violence, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, gambling that violates law, or impaired driving.
- Do not spam, scrape, phish, distribute malware, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected portions, overload the service, or access accounts or data without authorization.
- Do not evade blocks, suspensions, moderation, rate limits, access controls, or geographic restrictions.
- Do not submit false reports, manipulate engagement or compatibility, fabricate credentials, or misrepresent commercial affiliations.
- Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, pornographic, exploitative, or privacy-invasive content.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to rights you grant here. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload, display, tag, share, and license it, including consent from identifiable people where required.
You grant Mullees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting and accessibility, distribute, display, and otherwise use your content solely to operate, secure, improve, promote, and provide the service. This license ends when content is deleted except for reasonable backup periods, legal or safety retention, and content others have lawfully shared or incorporated.
You are responsible for your content. Mullees may—but is not obligated to—review, refuse, remove, limit, preserve, or disclose content consistent with these Terms, our policies, and law.
7. Editorial recommendations and applications
Recommending a post does not guarantee review, credit, publication, payment, or acceptance. You must identify sources accurately and may not submit material you lack the right to share. Mullees may verify, edit, summarize, reject, remove, or publish a recommendation under Mullees branding while preserving source attribution as appropriate.
A media-team application is not an employment offer or promise of compensation. Any contributor, contractor, employment, sponsorship, or licensing relationship requires a separate written agreement.
8. Payments and commercial activity
Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, Mullees is not a party to payments between members, courses, brands, or other third parties. You are responsible for verifying price, recipient, refund terms, taxes, and legality before paying.
Do not use Mullees for unauthorized advertising, solicitation, ticket or tee-time resale, pyramid schemes, counterfeit goods, or deceptive promotions. Sponsored or commercial content must be clearly disclosed and comply with law.
9. Mullees materials and license
Mullees and its licensors own the service, software, design, trademarks, logos, compilation, and other materials, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, Mullees grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, frame, mirror, extract, or create derivative services from Mullees materials except as law permits or Mullees authorizes in writing. “Mullees” and related branding may not be used to imply endorsement.
10. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Mullees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information as feedback.
11. Third-party services and links
Mullees may display course information, maps, links, media, or services supplied by third parties. Mullees does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, safety, privacy, terms, products, or conduct. Your use of third-party services is governed by your agreement with them.
12. Beta features and changes
Mullees may offer beta, experimental, or preview features that are incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be discontinued. We may add, remove, restrict, or modify features, limits, eligibility, and supported devices. We do not promise permanent availability of any content, feature, or integration.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Mullees at any time. Mullees may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; cancel listings; or preserve information when we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, risk management, nonpayment, inactivity, or a violation of these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and general terms—will survive.
14. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULLEES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” MULLEES DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING.
MULLEES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, DATA, MEMBERS, CONTENT, MATCHES, ROUNDS, COURSES, BOOKINGS, MESSAGES, OR OUTCOMES WILL BE ACCURATE, SAFE, AVAILABLE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ASSUME THE RISKS OF ONLINE AND IN-PERSON INTERACTIONS, GOLF ACTIVITY, TRAVEL, WEATHER, EQUIPMENT, AND RELIANCE ON MEMBER CONTENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULLEES AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR HARM ARISING FROM MEMBER CONDUCT, ROUNDS, COURSES, TRANSPORTATION, THIRD PARTIES, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR CONTENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MULLEES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100. THESE LIMITS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THEORY AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED REMAIN UNAFFECTED.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mullees and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, conduct, use of the service, interactions or rounds, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights. Mullees may control the defense of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate.
17. Disputes and applicable law
Before filing a formal claim, you and Mullees agree to try in good faith to resolve it through the in-app contact or support channel, unless urgent relief or applicable law makes that impractical. Include enough information to understand the issue, but do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
Applicable law and forum depend on mandatory consumer protections and the legal location of the Mullees operator. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
18. General terms
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the service unless a separate signed agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without Mullees’ consent. Mullees may assign them in connection with operating, financing, reorganizing, or transferring the service. Headings are for convenience. Electronic notices and records satisfy written-notice requirements where law permits.
19. Changes and contact
Mullees may update these Terms to reflect new features, risk, law, or business changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. If you continue using Mullees after revised Terms take effect, you accept them; otherwise, stop using the service.
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through Mullees’ in-app contact or support channel.
